| Message List
The message list screen shows all the messages in the currently selected folder. You can sort the messages by sender, date or subject.
This screen also allows you to quickly manipulate the displayed messages. The selected messages can be deleted or moved into a folder. |
| Address Book
The address book allows you to organise your contacts and makes them available when composing a message to enable point and click selection of recipients. Contacts can be imported from other sources. |
| Folders Management
You can create as many folders and levels of sub-folders as required to enable you to organise your mail quickly and efficiently. Used in conjunction with message filtering you can automatically move incoming mail into your folders based on subject, recipients or sender. |
| Message Highlighting
Message highlighting allows you to easily distinguish between different categories of messages by assigning a different colour to them based on subject, recipients or sender. |

| Display Options
The look and feel of the Webmail interface can be fine-tuned through the comprehensive display options page. The language used for the interface can also be set and there is full support for both traditional and simplified Chinese. |
