| Main Menu

The main menu gives you access to all the administrative functions. |
| Create New Account

The add user menu also allows to you optionally set one or more forwarding addresses. This allows for simple group email address functionality. For example you can create an account called sales@example.com and have all mail received at this address to be forwarded to all the members of your sales team. |
| Create New Alias

The new alias menu is very similar to the add user menu. However because aliases are not real accounts they do not require a password and you must set one or more forwarding addresses. |
| Autoresponder / Vacation Reply

Each mail account can have an autoresponder asscociated with it. When the autoresponder is enabled people sending mail to that account will automatically receive the autoresponse message. This can be useful for accounts such as sales@example.com to automatically let people know that their enquiry has been received and will be dealt with shortly.
It can also be used as a vacation reply so that when someone will be away from the office for a few days and do not have access to mail during that time, they can set an autoresponse message to let people know. |
| User Quotas

Quotas allows the mail administrator to set certain limits and restrictions on mail account usage. Thus limits can be set on the maximum size of a user's incoming mailbox, the maximum size of each individual message, the maximum number of messages that can be kept in the incoming mailbox and an expiry date for that user. The expiry date feature is very useful for cases when you have to create temporary mail accounts, eg for short-term contract workers. By specifying an expiry date when you create the account you can be sure that the account will be invalid when their contract period is over. |
