1) In your web browser go to your login page
Throughout this tutorial clicking on the thumbnails will open the full-size image in a new window. Note the points marked  and  , these are the logo and login title respectively. We will be changing these in a moment.
The administrative account has the name mailadmin, so enter that and your assigned password then click on Login.
2) Site configuration
After you have logged in, you'll see the contents of the Inbox, which is rather empty at the moment. The first thing we'll do is change the site configuration. Click on the Admin link  .
You will be asked for your password again. This is a security feature designed to prevent casual passerbys from accessing administrative functions in case you accidently left your session active. So enter the same password that you used to login and click Log in >>.
At the administrator main menu you have 3 choices. Ignore the first two choices for the moment, select Customize this domain  and click Proceed >>.

Changing organization name

Here you have 3 options. We'll change each of these in turn. First we'll change the Organization name to Demo Gremlins Associates — this is the login title referred to in step 1. So type that in then click Change Name >>.

You can see confirmation that the organization name has been changed. Click on << Back to customizations to continue.
Next we'll change the logo. Click on Browse... and select a picture from your harddisk. Make sure it is one of the standard web formats (JPEG, GIF or PNG). Finally click on Update picture >>. Depending on the filesize of your picture it may take a few seconds or more for it to be updated.
Again you can see confirmation that the logo has been changed. Click on << Back to customizations to continue.

Allowing user managed passwords

Finally we will allow users to change their passwords. So click on the checkbox then click on Change setting >>.

And again, you can see confirmation that users are now able to change their own passwords. As we have finished with our customization we will now logout of the administrative section . Please note that you should always logout of the administrative section whenever you have finished with it.
