1) Enter the administrative section

Click on the Admin link .

 

 


2) Login to the administrative section



Administrator login

Enter your password and click Login >>.

 

 


3) Add new user

At the administrator main menu select Add new user or alias and click Proceed >>.

Here you have a choice of adding a user or adding an alias . A user has an account to receive and store mail, and a name & password with which to login and check mail. An alias has just a name with a list of one or more forwarding email addresses.

In most cases you will be adding users rather than aliases. So select user and click Proceed >>.




Creating new user

Enter the Username and Password then click Proceed >>. In our example we're creating an account called billy-leung, and the corresponding email address would be billy-leung@demo.gremlins.biz.

Both the username and password can be up to 200 characters in length. Usernames can only consist of letters (a-z), numerals (0-9), underscores (_) and hyphens (-). Passwords can consist of any character including spaces.




New user added

Here you can see confirmation that the user billy-leung has been created and can start receiving email at billy-leung@demo.gremlins.biz.
